We will start with your main assignment of this lesson: Create a forecasting spreadsheet.

Are your prices in line with your monthly goals? If you haven't checked out your prices lately, we want you to calculate your offer price and figure out how many hours you have to dedicate per week. Once you've done that, place it in a spreadsheet, so you can see just how many people you need to reach in order to meet that goal. Send a copy of the spreadsheet in the group.


How do you come up with your price? Your price depends on your personal strategy! The service you offer and the ability you have in yourself to meet a quality product in price. Bring this the first training to see if your price is the right price for you.


If you set up your tracker at the beginning of the bootcamp, you should be able to tell approximately how many people you need to talk to before getting a lead and possible discovery call. This, plus your forecasting spreadsheet, will help keep you on track when you're feeling easily distracted!
