You are going to need to multitask here.


First, you need to create a proposal template so you can start responding to direct questions.

Here is the structure of a proposal:

  • Cover Page with Your Branding

  • Introduction Letter

    • You can create a template but each time you use it, it should be customized and personalized for the prospect you are sending it to. 

    • You should cover:

      • Who you are

      • How you can help them – your promise

      • The results they will experience

  • How I Work

    • The hours you are available

    • Your email – whatsapp response time

    • How you will communicate

    • File Sharing Plans (we recommend Google Drive)

    • Anything else they need to know about working with you

  • Services Overview

    • Keep it simple and general if you are just starting out

    • Customize this for each prospect, so they can see in point form how you'd be a good fit

  • Fees

  • Testimonials

  • List of other experience (Resume) if applicable

The best option is to make one right in Google Docs and use your Logo in the header. Then in the bottom, you can create a footer that links to your social Business Pages

Then, see if there are any you can respond to right away. If not, that's okay. You'll check it every few days (or even every day!). Connect with 5 people.
